I'm natural, but I don't see anything wrong with the pill. Relaxers is a different story now.
If the hair grows from the scalp straight then it will not be as dry and will gain length. At least I won't have to see girls with 2 inches of relaxed hair running around anymore.
I do plan to stay natural even after the pill is released.

I must say, as a lot as I enjoyed reading what you had to say, I couldnt help but lose interest after a while. Its as if you had a excellent grasp on the topic matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should think about this from additional than one angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so significantly. Its better if you think about what others may have to say instead of just going for a gut reaction to the topic. Think about adjusting your personal believed process and giving others who may read this the benefit of the doubt.

Using pills to grow black hair is something dangerous as many pills will have side effects.care should be taken.Doctor's prescription is more important for using pills for hair growth.

I am excited about this pill. In fact I wrote Essence magazine recently to inquire about them teaming with some black colleges to research this very subject. I know it's possible because black babies start out with straight hair and then it eventually changes. If the hormone, enzyme or vitamin that either diminishes or increases during this time is identified, the curling process does not have to take place. This is not a refusal to accept who we are, it is a process to make our hair easier to manage. White people change their appearance everyday. They darken their skin, they plump their hips and lips, they increase the size of their breast etc. My only regret is that a black company did not think of this first. We will be slaves to the pill and of course they will make it so that we will have to keep buying it, and we will. I am excited, yet a little sad. We have to take responsibility for ourselves!
