Negro Steel Wool, Say what?
This Negro steel wool product is made by the German
company, Oscar Weil. It is marketed Today!
Not in 1907...2007!
A woman found it when she was in Lebanon. And as
she noted many Lebanonese don't have the straightest of
hair.
Clearly, this is a racist stab at folks of African descent.
You know, having kinky hair like steel wool.
It's so hard for us to love our hair, when the rest of the
world keeps throwing out negative connotations of our
uniquely beautiful hair.
