They probably opened up a beauty store in a mostly black neighborhood since it was cheaper and of course since the people around them are black, they're going to sell products for blacks. Sounds like a smart idea to me. If the black feel it's "unfair" that the owners of the store aren't black then they should try doing the same and save money up to open up their own black beauty supply store. This has nothing to do with Koreans and blacks. It's about business.
