A Brother & His Afro
Back in the day -- 60's and 70's -- a brother took a lot of
pride in his afro. He preened in a mirror more than
a sister. A fine afro, even made him stand taller....walk
taller. He'd pic his afro, just getting the right evenness
all around. You see, an afro and sagging pants just wouldn't
mix. Perhaps brothers should start wearing afros again.
Maybe that's a way to get them to pull up their pants.
